some time back I came across your display in Melbourne, forget where, and bought some of your products. Just want to say they are the best chilli sauces I have ever tasted!
That Turbocharge paste is a ripper, very nice on biscuits and cheese. Also excellent is the lovely smokey chilli and tomato, and the honey mango too.
When I run out will definitely be ordering more from you.

Just a quick note to say "Thank God" for your products. I am a recently "retired" chef (27 years of it). Have just left Melbourne to become a fulltime carer for my dear ol mum, however it is in Nambucca Heads NSW. No REAL food or shops... then I found you guys in the puzzle shop at the Big Banana!!!!

I still can’t believe my luck... I have worked in Europe, Asia, and all of Oz... These are the BEST chilli products I Have ever purchased. I have been torturing everyone I know about them. I am totally addicted. My siblings (4) all work for Qantas. And I send them "Fiery Frillneck Hiss" and "Outback Storm" often.

Sorry for raving on... I have actually never written words of thanks to some one before. Well not some one I have not met. Anyway I am addicted. And I will do my best to get everyone around me to do the same. Keep up the good work.

I work in Russia on Sakhalin Island and I work with a lot of people coming from the whole world. I have a colleague from Australia who brought your " Extreme hot Habanero paste " and I liked it very much and I want to order it but I cannot find it in Europe (I am living in the Netherlands).
Can you tell me where I can order this? This is the hottest paste I ever ate in my life and it’s very nice.

Just read the article in Daily Telegraph 6 March. Love Chillis, I have about 6 different varieties in my small garden. They are like money to me, cant live without it.

I cannot believe that more people will not try chilli, they have no idea what they are missing out on. I have chillis with every meal. Congratulations on your new deal with India.

Thanks for that!! And I totally agree to your chilli opinion, the more the merrier.
I do grow my own chillies (Chocolate habaneros, Cayenne's, rocottos, Birdseye, cerrano's) as well as using plenty of my own chilli range so no shortage at our home. Any BBQ I go to or have at home I show off our range and tell everyone to at least try. How can you judge a chilli if you not try first??

Tell all your friends and family members about our product or give them a jar as a present!! And spread your enthusiasm please we need more customers like yourself. good for sales good for economy good for export et cetera

Thanks for your phone call today, and your generous offer to throw in some free chilli.

I've got the guys at work hooked on it. They pile the Mango chilli on Subway sandwiches.

Question though: I've tried the 10++ habanero chilli which is pretty hot stuff... but, is there anything hotter available in Australia? Or more to the point, through you guys? If your master chef's could brew up something mind-blowing hot, even if it were a small sample, I'd be defiantly interested! I've gotten to the point where the hottest just doesn't bring tears to my eyes anymore.

Thanks again for the great products and awesome service! I'm yet to try some of your recipes, but they look fantastic.

so you need something hotter than the turbo supercharge?

There are a few options:
1) you can make it hotter with abstracts and oils but we think this is artificial and taste absolutely disgusting!! They use this a lot in American products like Dave's Insanity sauce and Blair's death sauce

We will stick to 100% all Australian and natural ingredients....if you do not mind.

2) wait until we get the new Indian chilli " Naga Jolokia" growing .... We are working on this but to get commercial quantities we use we need at least another year to develop....All Australian grown and fresh...our farmers in QLD are working on this so hush hush all secret for now........

In the meantime ....add ginger and fresh garlic and grounded pepper to the habanero paste and heat it up. This makes the habanero hotter..

LintonI have a couple of cooking ideas using Turbo Supercharge Habanero Paste: A way to use Turbo Supercharge Paste is adding it to rice when you start cooking it in a rice cooker. The quantity of paste I use depends on the amount of rice in the rice cooker and the heat effect that I want. Half a teaspoon for three cups of rice is good, or use a quarter of a teaspoon for a milder effect. It creates a Thai chilli effect and adds a good "kick" to the rice.

I also use Turbo Supercharge Paste on hotdogs by spreading a small quantity evenly on the bread before adding the sausage and other ingredients like onions and coleslaw.

Although not a cooking idea, my third use for using Turbo Supercharge Paste is as an inexpensive gift for birthdays, Xmas or other special occasions. I always warn whomever I give it to that it is extremely hot. I find that the people I give Turbo Supercharge Paste to really like it and appreciate it as a gift. I hope you find these suggestions useful.

Hi Sacha,
We have changed the type of smoke flavour several months ago. It does smell stronger, smokier. (We used the Hickory woods for smoking the chilli for that typical South American Flavour!) If you have a change at a show or market to try and smell it please do.
Unfortunately you disposed of your bottles so you can't give me the use by date. This is also a batch code. I have not had any complaints of sauce being of but there always could be the odd bottle.
