PRODUCT DISCLAIMER FOR ADULT RANGE PRODUCTS
As a condition of purchase our adult range products with chilli oils, e.g. Satan’s Spit, Scorpion Strike on Steroids & The Paralyser, et cetera:

- You must read and acknowledge our Adult Range Product Disclaimer:
1) by purchasing, you are agreeing to the conditions outlined in the Adult Range Product Disclaimer:
2) You release The Chilli Factory of all liability and hold us harmless in respect to any claim of damages resulting in the use, consumption, ingestion and/or contact with respect to our Adult Range Products
3) I hereby agree and affirm that in exchange for the purchase of any products from The Chilli Factory, its affiliates, its employees, its suppliers, distributors or manufacturers, that certain conditions and promises are required:
4) Due to the extremely hot nature of our adult range chilli products with chilli oil in them, I agree that they shall only be used as a food additive. These products can cause serious injuries if directly consumed, ingested and/or applied to the skin, eyes, or any other body parts.
5) I confirm that I am at least 18 years old and I am not inebriated or impaired in any way. I am fully able to make a sound decision about the use of the Adult Range products.
6) The Adult Range products are to be used at my own risk & I fully understand the potential danger if used or handled improperly.
7) If I give the Adult Range products as a gift, I will make sure that the recipient is fully aware of the potential dangers if handled improperly and should only be used as a food additive.
8) You release The Chilli Factory, its affiliates, its employees, its suppliers, distributors and/or manufacturers of any and all claims, actions and/or lawsuits that I, or any of my dependents, heirs or family members may have relating of all liability and hold us harmless in respect to any claim of damages resulting in the use, consumption, ingestion and/or contact with respect to our Adult Range Products
9) I hereby agree and affirm that in exchange for the purchase of any products from The Chilli Factory, its affiliates, its employees, its suppliers, distributors or manufacturers, that certain conditions and promises are required
10) I hereby agree to keep the Adult Range Products out of reach of children and idiots!
