I believe this is a great alternative to some of the expense imported Habanero sauces from Texas and Mexico that many people are used to. While this is not a mild paste, being a Habanero Base it is a long distance from the super hots that only the true chilli-heads can stomach but is also hotter that the supermarket stuff. The "paste" name can be confusing to people, you can use it in cooking or spreads just like any other sauce. I agree with the other review below that it goes great on schnitzel veal or chicken. This was my 1st time trying this product and I am sure it will be in my next order once all my stuff runs out again.

Suprisingly tasty and a lovely punch to go with it. Highly recommended whereever a flavoursome chilli jam ot paste would be used. Defintiely one of my favourite prodcuts from Chilli Factory. Personally I like a to dollop this on veal or pork schnitzel with a splash of lemon juice. Enjoy!
