Smoked Piri Piri

Great on any meat or vegetables! Simply sprinkle on before or after cooking.

Ingredients: Herbs and Spices, Smoked Flavour, Salt, Dehydrated Vegetables.

Piri-Piri Chicken


Serves 4

  • 500 grams of Chicken thigh fillet
  • 2 table spoons of The spice Factory Smoked Peri Peri spice blend.
  • 150 mL Thickened cream
  • ½ Cup of Chicken stock


Marinate the chicken with 2 table spoons of The Spice Factory Smoked Piri Piri Rub.C

Cook it in a frying pan for 4 – 5 minutes on each side

Add 150 mL Thickened cream, ½ Cup of Chicken stock

Simmer 4 - 5 minutes

Serve with chips and salad.

Make a Dip out of it!

You can use natural yoghurt, sour cream, mayonnaise or some cream cheese (use 100 mL). Add 1 teaspoon of The Spice Factory Smoked Piri Piri Spice Mix and mix thoroughly.
